Keyboard Transport Case

Music: Keyboard Transport. Case constructed of .50" ply with Black Fiberglass lamination to all sides, with the exception of the top which will be Light Gray for reflection. Case Specifications: Case to have 6 Shelves and Two Drawers. Usable space for top two shelves will be 6". The next four shelves will be 7". Each opening will have 1.5" of foam on each side wall, with .50" foam over each unit and 1" under each unit. Bottom foam will be hard and carpet covered. Spacing to be determined by client. Each of the shelves will be .50" plywood with the last shelve being .75". Under that last shelve will be two drawers side by side. The drawers will be carpet lined with an internal depth of 5.5" and with a front to back of approximately 18". Heavy duty full extension sliders will be provided and one center pull handle. The drawer size will be approximately 27" x 19" x 11". Drawers will have one center removable partition. Front door to be fully removable with six latches on the door. The door will be re-enforced to keep it straight. There will be a .75" casterbaord that will extend forward to act as a door rest. All handles will be set to Center Bale of 40" off the ground. Placement: Two handles front and rear, three handles front to back.(10 Handles) Case will have six Large Twist Latches. Casters; Red Poly 4" x 2" casters will be attaches in three rows. Two of which will be spaced to span the lift gate of a truck. Approximate Size: 64" x 25" x 60" . Color: Black
