A heavy-duty cabinet-style road case for a camera dolly — sized to the specific dolly your shop runs (Magliner, MovieTech Compact, Chapman Sidewinder, Fisher 11, doorway dolly, or skater dolly variants). The interior is CNC-cut and braced to support the dolly chassis, the wheels (locked in dedicated pockets to prevent any caster damage), the seat post, the front board, and any swing-arm or boom accessories. Padding isolates any precision-machined surface from foam-on-metal abrasion during transit.ATA 300 cabinet build: 3/8" Baltic birch plywood, riveted aluminum extrusion, recessed dish latches, spring-loaded handles, and 4" heavy-duty caster wheels with locking fronts on the case itself. Hinged top-loading lid means the operator drops the dolly straight in rather than threading it through a sidewall. Loaded weight is significant — the case is built to roll across stage floors and load via tail-lift or forklift.Designed and manufactured in our Cantara Street workshop, North Hollywood, California. Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
