Why headsets need a real case

A headset is optics, a head strap, two controllers, a battery pack and a charger - five shapes that all have to arrive together and undamaged. Off-the-shelf sleeves protect one of them.

01

Lenses first

Headset optics scratch and they solarize. Foam is cut so nothing rests against the lens stack and the visor is not loaded in transit.

02

The whole kit, in order

Headset, both controllers, halo or elite strap, hot-swap batteries, charger and cable - each with its own pocket, so a missing piece is visible at a glance.

03

Built for the deployment count

One headset for a demo, or twenty for a training rollout. Multi-unit layouts are designed so any tech can repack them correctly.

How we build it

01

Send the kit

Drop the headset and everything that travels with it at our North Hollywood shop, or send the model list and we will source dimensions.

02

Design the layout

CNC foam cut around the actual assembled headset - including the third-party strap or battery, which is usually what makes stock cases stop fitting.

03

Test-fit and deliver

Full test-fit with your equipment before it ships. Multi-unit orders are built to one approved first article.

Running more than a few? Training rollouts, LBE venues and simulation labs get the fleet treatment - identical builds, engraved ID plates, and the design kept on file so the next ten match the first ten.
