Shipping
Every Innerspace case is built to order in our North Hollywood, CA workshop. Standard production lead time is 14–21 business days from order confirmation. Rush production is available on a case-by-case basis — contact us before placing the order if you need expedited turnaround.
Shipping is carrier-calculated at checkout based on the case's packaged weight and destination. Oversized cases (large lighting transport, multi-camera builds) may require freight quotes; we'll confirm the final freight cost before the case ships.
Factory pickup is offered free of charge at our workshop. By appointment only — please email or call to schedule.

Returns
Innerspace cases are custom-manufactured to the customer's specified equipment configuration. Because each interior is machined to a unique kit envelope, we do not accept returns on completed builds. Every order is committed to your spec from the moment it lands — materials, machine time, and labor are scheduled against that build.
If you receive a case with a manufacturing defect or a configuration error on our part, we will repair or remake the case at no charge under our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue to start a warranty review.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at no charge before production begins (typically within 24 hours of order confirmation). Once tooling files are generated and materials are committed, cancellation is no longer possible.
Payment
Full payment is due upfront at the time of order via wire, ACH, or credit card. We're a small made-to-order shop; the deposit funds the materials, machine time, and labor reserved for your build.
