A transport case for a six-inch Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope. The CNC-cut foam cradles the optical tube along its length with the corrector plate and rear cell framed clear so the optics never bear load, and the focuser and finder mount sit in their own relieved pockets.
Built to move a precision optical instrument without stressing the collimation. Foam cut in-house, designed and built in our North Hollywood shop at 11555 Cantara Street, Unit I. Call 818-767-3030 to add wells for eyepieces and the mount.
