The process starts with your actual gear. Bring your camera, lens set, monitor, or complete package to our North Hollywood shop. Our technicians measure every component in the exact configuration it will travel in, then design a foam layout that maximizes protection and operational access.

We cut from professional-grade polyethylene foam (PE), Ethafoam, anti-static foam for electronics, and soft-lined materials for particularly delicate optical elements. Every insert is CNC-cut to tolerances that ensure a snug, rattle-free fit in your existing or new case.
