A Pelican 1550 shell custom-foamed for the SmallHD 1703 P3X — a 17" production reference monitor with calibrated color. The CNC-cut foam interior holds the monitor face-protected in a contoured pocket, with separate fitted wells for the sun hood, V-mount or Gold-mount battery plate, AC supply, SDI / HDMI cabling, and the mounting hardware (yoke, ball mount, cheese plate).The 1703 is a client-village / DIT-cart monitor — calibration and color accuracy are what it's bought for, and the screen face needs dedicated soft-foam contact to keep that calibration trustworthy over a working life of transit.Designed and foamed in North Hollywood by Innerspace Cases.
