The Angenieux Optimo 28-76mm is the standard-coverage zoom in the Optimo family — Super-35 coverage, T2.6, and the matched character with the longer Optimo zooms. It's earned rental rotation on commercial and narrative work where the standard zoom range covers most of the working day.The CNC-cut foam interior cradles the 28-76mm body along its full length with dedicated support at the front element, the zoom and focus rings, and the PL mount end. The lens position is cut to hold the zoom with its motor attached, and there are positions for 12" rods, the lens support, a Microforce, the motor, a Desi Pak moisture-control pack, and a four-inch carpeted compartment.Shell is ATA 300 Category 1 with recessed latches, pressure-equalization valve, and reinforced soft-grip handles. Closed-cell polyethylene foam CNC-cut to the Optimo 28-76mm body. Outside dimensions are 18.5" x 12" x 10.5".Built in our North Hollywood workshop. Lead time 14–21 business days.
