Custom foam insert for a Pelican 1535 sized to eight 98Wh batteries — Anton Bauer LP2 or Core SWX Hypercore 98Wh equivalents — the carry-on-friendly battery pack-out that fits under the FAA 100Wh-per-cell threshold and works as a daily camera-cart go-bag for both rental houses and owner-operators.The insert lives in the customer's existing 1535 shell; foam is CNC-cut HDPE with eight individual battery wells sized to the LP2 / 98Wh footprint, V-mount or Gold-mount post clearance, terminal protection so the contacts don't short on a stray cable, and a velour-faced lid contact layer that protects the battery fuel-gauges. Wells are engraved with position numbers so the rotation stays consistent across the pack-out.Built and shipped from 11555 Cantara Street, North Hollywood. Sold as a foam insert for the Pelican 1535 shell (shell sold separately). For different cell counts, mixed Gold/V-mount layouts, or other base shells (1510, 1610), call 818-767-3030.

Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
