A custom transport case for the Core SWX Mach-4 Helix Max HLX-150MX — the 150 Wh dual-voltage (14.4 / 28.8 V) cinema battery Core builds for high-draw cameras and lighting. The case interior is CNC-cut with multiple HLX-150MX wells (typically four to eight packs depending on shell size), each contoured around the V-mount plate, the integrated readout display, and the dual P-tap outputs. Terminals oriented inboard so loose hardware in transit can't bridge contacts.Adjacent wells available for the supplied charger, AC cables, and a backup P-tap power lead. Pelican Protector-class shell with retractable handle, two-wheel cart roll, automatic pressure-equalization valve, recessed dish latches, and stainless hardware. Closed-cell foam doesn't shed into the readout display or the cooling vents — both matter on a 150 Wh dual-voltage pack.Designed and CNC-cut at our Cantara Street workshop in North Hollywood, California. Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
