A combined transport case for the Core SWX four-position quad charger and six Core 147 Wh battery packs (V-mount or Gold-mount depending on shop spec). The charger sits in a CNC-cut well with the four mount receivers face-up so the operator can drop batteries onto the charger from inside the case when staging overnight charges. The six 147 Wh packs each get a contoured well with the V-mount or 3-stud Gold plate oriented inboard so loose hardware in transit can't bridge contacts.Pelican Protector-class shell with retractable handle, two-wheel cart roll, automatic pressure-equalization valve, recessed dish latches, and stainless hardware. Adjacent pocket for the AC power cable and a backup IEC lead. Closed-cell foam so it doesn't shed into the charger's cooling fans or onto the battery contacts.Designed and built at our Cantara Street workshop in North Hollywood, California. Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
