Precision foam wells, cut from manufacturer dimensions, protect the unit body and its fine adjustment hardware against shock and grit.
An ATA-300 rated shell - plywood with laminate exterior, steel valances, and recessed hardware - stands up to the 100-plus round trips of working rental and production travel. Exterior dimensions are about 17 x 9.5 x 7.5 in, ships at about 15 lb. Made in the USA.
