A custom case for hi-hat tripod boards — the low-profile camera mounting platforms used for ground-level shots, car mount applications, and crane bottom mounts. The hi-hat is heavy and the mounting surface needs dedicated foam protection to keep it flat in transit.The CNC-cut foam interior holds the hi-hat board horizontal with cutouts for the mounting hardware (Mitchell adapters, 3/8-inch and 1/4-inch threads, leveling pins). The cutout protects the mounting surface from dings that would compromise camera leveling.Shell is ATA 300 Category 1 with reinforced corners (the board is heavy), recessed ball-corner latches, pressure-equalization valve, and reinforced soft-grip handles for two-person lifts. Closed-cell polyethylene foam CNC-cut to the board dimensions.Built in our North Hollywood workshop. Lead time 14–21 business days. Specify hi-hat dimensions at order. Call 818-767-3030 to confirm.
