A Pelican 1557 Air with CNC-cut foam for Panasonic PTZ broadcast cameras (HE130 ). Foam wells are CNC-cut to the body with the pan/tilt head in transport pose, plus a dedicated compartment for the AC adapter, the SDI/IP cables, the matched mounting bracket, and the IR remote.

The 1557 Air shell is IP67 sealed, HPX polymer body, stainless hardware. CNC-cut polyethylene + cross-linked foam, navy under-color. Built in North Hollywood. For a multi-camera PTZ kit case with a controller (AW-RP60 / RP120 / RP150) in the same shell, call 818-767-3030.

Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
