The foam interior carries each card in its own fitted slot with positive retention so cards don't shift or slide against one another. Sized to a fixed card count per case — typical builds carry 4 to 8 SxS cards.Loose card storage is one of the most common causes of media damage on production — the connector pins are fragile, the labels scuff in transit, and humidity / dust exposure can affect long-term reliability.
