An ATA case with integrated wheels for the Universal Robots UR20 robotic arm — the 20kg-payload cobot that motion-control camera operators run for repeat-pass and product-rig work. Foam wells are CNC-cut to the arm joints in their transport pose, with separate compartments for the control box, the teach pendant, the AC cord, and the matched mounting baseplate.
ATA 300 plywood walls, twist latches, recessed pulls, integrated wheel base. The wall depth is sized for the arm's weight — moving a UR20 across a parking lot at the end of a shoot is a problem solved by good wheels, not a wish. Built in North Hollywood. Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
