An ATA case for a Mamiya 645 19mm prime mounted to (or paired with) a cine speed booster — the medium-format-on-cine workflow that productions reach for when they want Mamiya 645 character on a full-frame cinema body. The well is sized to the lens with the booster attached, so the package travels assembled. Front element gets a foam disc; rear cap clearance is shaped for the booster's mount, not the bare 645 mount.
