A 2-slot Pelican 1510 with custom foam for the Atlas Orion anamorphic 25mm and 80mm — the wide-and-portrait pair from the Orion Series 2x set. Foam wells are CNC-cut to the Orion barrel (95mm common front), with significant rear-element depth for the bulged rear group and the PL flange that defines the Orion mount, plus a position for a lens support / accessory and a desiccant pack.

IP67 watertight injection-molded Pelican 1510 shell, navy under-foam. Both barrels lie horizontal and lift straight out; iris and focus marks stay put. Built in North Hollywood. For a 6-up Atlas Orion set case (32/40/50/65 added), or an Atlas Mercury full-frame variant, call 818-767-3030.

Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
