The Atlas Mercury series is Atlas Lens Co's 1.5× squeeze anamorphic line — a milder anamorphic stretch than the 2× Orion set, designed for full-frame sensors and the visual rendering it produces. The 36, 54, and 72mm represent the core focal range used for narrative dialogue and medium-tele work.
This case carries all three Mercury primes in one shell. The CNC-cut foam interior profiles each lens to the Mercury barrel diameter (consistent across the set since Atlas standardizes the housings). Each cutout holds the lens with PL mount facing up for fast deployment during a setup.
Shell is ATA 300 Category 1 with recessed ball-corner latches, pressure-equalization valve, and a soft-grip carry handle. Closed-cell polyethylene foam CNC-cut to spec — holds tight tolerance across hundreds of insertion cycles.
