The Mercury barrels are shorter than the Orion series; the case stays compact relative to the lens count.Interior is CNC-cut HDPE foam with engraved focal-length labels, rear-cap pockets sized to the Atlas Mercury PL cap, finger-pulls per well, and a velour-faced lid contact layer. The 138mm well is contoured deeper for the longer barrel; the 36mm well is the shortest.
