Pelican 1557 Air case configured with CNC-cut foam for the Canon CN-E 15-120mm Cine Servo zoom. Single contoured well captures the lens at the rear PL mount and the integrated lens-foot tripod plate with relief at the focus, zoom, and iris ring positions. The CN-E 15-120 carries a built-in servo grip on the side; the foam is dimensioned to clear the grip hardware so the lens sits fully assembled with the servo attached.

Lid foam captures the lens at the rear flange to lock it under flight pressure changes. Front and rear cap pockets stow protective caps without loose hardware. The 1557 Air shell is HPX2 resin (lighter than equivalent Protector), watertight O-ring, automatic pressure-equalization valve, and recessed twist latches.

Foam designed and CNC-cut at Innerspace Cases in North Hollywood. Call 818-767-3030 to add an AKS bay for the servo-rocker control and a lens-support bracket.

Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
