The vertical orientation lets each lens stand on its rear-cap pocket with the focus ring at hand height when the lid opens, which is the layout AC's and rental houses ask for on cart-and-roll productions.Interior is CNC-cut HDPE foam with finger-pulls per well, engraved focal-length labels, and rear-cap pockets sized to the CN-E EF or PL rear cap (specify on order). Lid foam is convoluted with a velour-faced contact layer so the focus and iris rings don't drag on close.
