CNC-cut foam wells are contoured to each focal length, the wells leave rear-cap clearance with PL caps installed, and the 152mm gets a deeper pocket to clear its longer barrel without the lens sitting on its rear element.Pelican Protector / Storm-class shell selected for the cube — wheels, retractable handle, automatic pressure-equalization valve, and stainless hardware. Top layer holds the lens trio in foam; bottom layer can be cut for support data, lens cloths, hex keys, or a backup mount.
