Pelican 1557 Air case configured with CNC-cut foam for the Cooke S6 Anamorphic /i 65mm Macro prime. The S6 65 Macro is a heavier and longer prime than the rest of the Anamorphic /i range thanks to its macro travel; the foam well is dimensioned to the 65 Macro barrel and front housing with relief at the focus and iris ring positions, and the well depth is set for the macro-extended barrel position.

The 1557 Air is the right shape for a single-prime carry-on - HPX2 resin (lighter than equivalent Protector), watertight O-ring, automatic pressure-equalization valve, recessed twist latches, and an extending tow handle. Lid foam captures the lens at the rear flange to lock it under flight pressure changes.

Foam designed and CNC-cut at Innerspace Cases in North Hollywood. Call 818-767-3030 to spec a paired case for the S6 Anamorphic /i 135 Macro or to add a 95mm or 100mm carry alongside.

Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
