Custom flight case for the Fujinon HZK 25-1000mm box lens — a 40x zoom built originally for live broadcast and increasingly used on episodic and sports-doc shoots when a director wants a 1000mm reach with on-axis focus and zoom control. The case is dimensioned for the lens body, the rear 2/3-inch adapter (or the cine rear adapter when fitted), the supports, and the lens-control handset, all in one shell.
Interior is CNC-cut HDPE foam with a main cradle for the lens body, a second well for the rear adapter and supports, and a small accessory tray for the handset, cables, and rear cap. Lid foam is convoluted, velour-faced. Shell is ATA-300 hard side with wheels and a telescoping handle — the loaded case is heavy enough that a flat-bottom case isn't practical to move.
