Custom ATA shipping case configured for the Fujinon Premier 18-85mm T2 PL cine zoom. CNC-cut foam well captures the zoom body with the lens support in-line and 15mm rods stowed in their own well so the rig packs out as a working assembly. Relief at the focus, zoom, and iris gear rings keeps the gear positions set between shoots.
The Premier 18-85 is a heavy zoom — the foam grip is tuned to the actual body weight and barrel diameter rather than a generic zoom profile. Lid foam carries shock protection over the front filter ring and rear flange. ATA 300 Category I shell on a wheeled chassis with recessed latches.
