A six-position carry case for GL Optics-rehoused Canon Rangefinder primes in LPL mount — the vintage Canon LTM/M39 rangefinder glass converted to large-format cinema housings by GL Optics. The GL rehousings standardize the front diameter, focus throw, and iris ring drive gear across the set while preserving the optical character of the original Canon rangefinder primes (the look that's been driving the rehoused-vintage trend on Alexa LF and Venice features). CNC-cut foam wells are contoured to the rehoused cylindrical barrels with LPL rear-cap clearance preserved.Pelican-class shell with retractable handle, two-wheel cart roll, automatic pressure-equalization valve, recessed dish latches, and stainless hardware. Top layer holds the six rehoused primes; bottom layer can be cut for support data, witness-mark cards, lens donuts, or a backup LPL/PL adapter. CNC-engraved labels in the foam for fast focal-length identification.Designed and CNC-cut at our Cantara Street workshop in North Hollywood, California. Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
