The Venus Optics Laowa Ranger zooms — 28-75mm and 75-180mm — are full-frame cine zooms at T2.9 designed as a matched pair covering wide to medium-tele in two lenses. They've earned rental rotation on indie and commercial work that wants modern cine zoom coverage at a friendly price point. This case carries both zooms in one shell.
The CNC-cut foam interior profiles each Ranger zoom to its specific barrel — the two zooms share matched front diameter and consistent gearing across the pair, which makes the cutouts clean. Each lens loads with PL mount facing up for fast deployment.
Shell is ATA 300 Category 1 with recessed ball-corner latches, pressure-equalization valve, and reinforced soft-grip handles. Closed-cell polyethylene foam CNC-cut to the Ranger barrel.
