The Masterbuilt Compact primes are the compact-housing variant of the Masterbuilt cine line — smaller barrel diameter than the full Masterbuilt set while keeping the same optical formulas and character. The Compact line is the right choice when weight and cart space matter more than absolute matched bokeh size. This case carries a 6-lens Compact set covering 18, 25, 35, 50, 85, and 105mm.The CNC-cut foam interior profiles each Compact prime to the standardized Masterbuilt Compact barrel — consistent across the set. The 6-lens layout uses vertical loading to keep the case footprint compact. Each lens loads with PL mount facing up for fast deployment.Shell is ATA 300 Category 1 with recessed ball-corner latches, pressure-equalization valve, and reinforced soft-grip handles. Closed-cell polyethylene foam CNC-cut to the Compact barrel.Built in our North Hollywood workshop. Lead time 14–21 business days. Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
