Storm IM2450 case rebuilt with custom foam for the MasterBuilt Superscope anamorphic primes. The Superscopes have a wider front housing and an oval rear element specific to anamorphic glass, so a stock pluck-foam insert leaves the rear floating and unsupported. The CNC-cut foam in this case is contoured to the actual barrel profile and rear-cap shape, with deeper pockets where the rear elements sit and a soft lid layer that won't deform the squeeze characteristics during transport.The Storm IM2450 shell is rated IP67, has automatic pressure equalization, and meets ATA-300 for air travel; the press-and-pull latches stay quiet on a moving truck. We cut the foam in-house, dial in the well depth for the build-up the rental house actually ships (donut on, focus gear on), and engrave focal-length labels into the foam.Built in North Hollywood at 11555 Cantara Street.
