The Pelican Storm iM2075 base is sized to ride as airline carry-on while still protecting the lens.The CNC-cut foam interior holds the lens horizontal with the front element supported in a dedicated cutout sized to the 114mm diameter. Horizontal loading keeps the case footprint flat — better for stacking in a cart or sliding under a camera shelf than a vertical-loaded lens case of the same lens.The Pelican Storm iM2075 is an injection-molded "Storm" series case — slightly more robust than the standard Pelican 1450, with twist latches that are easier to operate with cold hands or gloves. IP67 watertight with pressure-equalization valve and recessed twist latches. Closed-cell polyethylene foam CNC-cut to the specific lens body when ordered.Built in our North Hollywood workshop.
