Custom ATA shipping case configured for the P+S Technik OPTICA MAGNUS Full-Frame director's finder. The MAGNUS is a one-handed survey finder used to block frames before camera position - the foam well captures the optic at the rear eyepiece and the front zoom barrel with relief at the focus, zoom, and eyepiece-rotation rings so the finder can sit fully assembled. Mount adapter pockets stow the PL, LPL, and EF mount adapters that ship with the finder.
Lid foam clears the eyepiece cup so the optic does not get loaded against the cup foam during ground handling. ATA 300 Category 1 plywood + ABS laminate shell, steel ball corners, recessed butterfly latches, edge-mounted spring handles, full aluminum extrusion edging - the right ship-and-bill shape for a high-value finder that moves between locations daily.
