A CNC-cut foam insert sized for the Sony FE PZ 28-135mm f/4 G OSS — the constant-aperture power-zoom that lives on the FX6 / FX9 and a handful of cinema rigs. The well is contoured to the barrel diameter, the integrated tripod foot, the zoom and focus rings, and the rear element gets clearance for the E-mount rear cap. Closed-cell foam so it doesn't shed into the servo or the OSS module. The insert ships ready to drop into a customer-supplied or Innerspace-supplied Pelican shell (typically a 1500 or 1525 Air). Adjacent wells can be cut for a backup battery, an extension grip, a follow-focus ring with marked gear, or the supplied lens hood. Top-layer label is CNC-engraved or vinyl-printed for fast identification.Designed and CNC-cut at 11555 Cantara Street in North Hollywood, California. Call 818-767-3030 to spec the insert and shell combination.

Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
