Eight TLS-rehoused Cooke Panchro primes — 18, 25, 32, 40, 50, 75, 100, and 150mm — drop into CNC-cut foam wells keyed to the rehoused PL barrels. Each well is mapped to the actual body diameter and gear ring spacing; the longer 150mm gets a deeper profile, and rear-cap clearance ensures the PL mount seats without forcing across the full set.The Innerspace ATA flight shell carries riveted aluminum extrusion, recessed twist latches, and tongue-and-groove lid sealing — rated for the loaded weight of an eight-prime set in rental and air-freight service.
