Nanuk hard shell case fitted with CNC-cut foam for the ZERO OPTIK rehoused Nikkor 15mm prime with its 136mm front diameter. The lens well is stepped - a tight rear collar around the PL mount, opening out to clear the 136mm front housing and integrated front cap. Foam is relieved at the focus and iris ring positions so the gears are not loaded against foam at any focus setting.
Nanuk shells are NK-7 resin with stainless steel hardware, integrated pressure-release valve, and an oversized O-ring gasket. Lid foam is contoured to cradle the rear element and front lip without contacting glass. The shell handles full air freight and ground transport for a wide-angle build that does not fit a generic prime slot.
Foam designed and CNC-cut at Innerspace Cases in North Hollywood. Call 818-767-3030 to spec a matched case for a complete ZERO OPTIK Nikkor set including the 15, 20, 24, 28, 35, 50, 85, 105, 135, and 200 builds.

Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
