Pelican 1510 carry-on case configured for a three-lens vertical set of ZERØ OPTIK rehoused Olympus primes — 50mm, 85mm and 135mm. CNC-cut foam wells are sized to the ZO housings with PL or LPL rear cap on and relieved pockets at the focus and iris rings.

The 1510 is the right carry-on for a three-lens working pack-out — IATA-spec dimensions, automatic pressure-equalization valve, watertight gasket, and a wheeled chassis. The 135mm well is cut to the longer housing length so the lens lands flush with the 50mm and 85mm wells.

Foam cut and assembled at Innerspace Cases in North Hollywood. Call 818-767-3030 to spec a build that adds wider focal lengths or pairs with another carry-on for a six-lens set.

Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
