A hybrid lens case configuration for productions that pair a Zero Optik Leica-R rehoused 28mm with 2-3 Leica Summicron-C primes — a mixed-vintage kit that combines the rehoused Leica-R character with the Summicron-C cine line. The case holds both lens families in one shell with foam profiled to each.
The CNC-cut foam interior has dedicated cutouts for the Zero Optik Leica-R 28mm (sized to the Zero Optik rehoused housing) and 2-3 Summicron-C primes (sized to the standardized Summicron-C cine barrel). Each cutout holds the lens with PL mount facing up for fast deployment.
Shell is ATA 300 Category 1 with recessed ball-corner latches, pressure-equalization valve, and a soft-grip carry handle. Closed-cell polyethylene foam CNC-cut to the specific Leica-R and Summicron-C focal lengths in your kit.
Built in our North Hollywood workshop. Lead time 14–21 business days. Specify the exact Leica-R and Summicron-C focal lengths at order. Call 818-767-3030 to confirm.

Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
