The cart-mode companion to the Aputure Electro Storm lamp head case — built to house the XT26 or CS15 ballast with internal foam cradling the unit and casters for ground transport. The ballast is the operating brain of the Electro Storm system and travels as its own dedicated rolling case alongside the matched lamp head case.The CNC-cut foam interior profiles the ballast body (specify XT26 or CS15 at order) with cutouts for the operating face, cable connections, and the AC power input. The ballast loads with its operating panel face-up for fast deployment, and accessory cutouts hold the working AC and DMX cables coiled to working diameter.Shell is ATA 300 Category 1 with reinforced corners (the ballast is heavy), corner casters for cart-mode transport, recessed twist latches, pressure-equalization valve, and full-length lifting handles on both ends for two-person carries when wheels can't be used.Built in our North Hollywood workshop.
