Custom ATA flight case for the Clay Paky Sharpy C61375 beam moving-head fixture — the long-throw 189W discharge beam that became a touring-rig and stadium standard. The Sharpy ships as a head-on-yoke assembly with the optics at the top, so the case is built to live with the yoke folded into the transport position and the head supported front-to-back.Interior is CNC-cut HDPE foam with a contoured head pocket, yoke rebates that keep the cardanic joint supported on the road, clamp pockets, and a lower compartment for power and DMX. Lid foam is convoluted with a velour-faced contact layer to keep the front lens and the head's painted yoke scuff-free. The shell is ATA-300 ply over aluminum extrusion with caster-board cuts available on request.Built and shipped from 11555 Cantara Street, North Hollywood.
