Touring two 98-inch TLC98S550G monitors is a corporate event, broadcast, or live concert problem — the panels themselves weigh 75+ lbs each, and any movement that lets a panel shift inside its case typically ends in a cracked screen. This case is built to carry two TLC98S550G monitors with internal foam suspension that prevents panel-on-panel contact and absorbs vibration before it reaches the screen surface. The interior is divided into two dedicated panel compartments with closed-cell foam padding on all four sides of each panel, plus reinforced corner blocks at the four screen corners (where impact damage typically initiates). The panels load face-to-face with foam separation, which is the orientation that distributes weight evenly during freight handling. The shell is ATA 300 Category 1 with reinforced corners, twist latches sized for the larger case dimensions, pressure-equalization valve, and corner casters for cart-mode transport (this case is heavy fully loaded). Lifting handles on both ends and at the lid edges for multi-person carries.Built in our North Hollywood workshop. Lead time 14–21 business days. For single-panel variants or for different monitor sizes, call 818-767-3030 to spec the case dimensions before ordering.

Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
