A cabinet road case for the Sharp 70-inch Aquos LC-70C6500U LED display — the consumer/pro display that ends up on video village walls, on-set client monitors, and presentation stages. At 70 inches diagonal the display is too large for any standard Pelican, so the case is built as an ATA 300 cabinet: 3/8" Baltic birch plywood with riveted aluminum extrusion, recessed dish latches, spring-loaded handles, and 4" heavy-duty caster wheels with locking fronts.Interior is CNC-cut as a face-down foam cradle so the panel rides on contoured ribs that distribute weight evenly and isolate the LCD face from direct foam contact. Adjacent wells for the VESA stand or table-foot, the IR remote, the AC cable, the HDMI / SDI patch leads, and any included calibration tools. Loaded weight is significant — the wheel kit is sized to roll the case across stage floors and load via a tail-lift.Designed and manufactured in our North Hollywood, California workshop. What it fits
Fit is confirmed against the exact monitor and the accessories you travel with. If your package differs, use Will this fit my setup? below and we will check it before you order.
Build & shipping
Will this fit my setup?
Tell us the monitor and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different monitor, extra accessories, a hood that has to stay on, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
