A 1000-foot film magazine is the standard high-capacity mag for ARRI 435, ARRI Alexa Studio, Panavision Millennium, and most other 35mm film cameras still in active rotation for commercials and narrative features. The mag itself is precision-machined aluminum with delicate film-loop hardware that doesn't tolerate impact — and shipping a loaded mag in a soft bag is the failure mode that ends a shoot day.
This case is sized specifically for a 1000-foot film magazine. The CNC-cut foam interior cradles the mag in its working orientation with cutouts for the take-up reel hub, the feed-side cover, and the mag's mount interface. The closed-cell polyethylene foam absorbs the kind of compressive impact that happens when a case gets stacked under heavier equipment in transit.
The shell is ATA 300 Category 1 with recessed ball-corner latches, pressure-equalization valve (essential for loaded magazines crossing altitude), and a soft-grip carry handle sized for one-handed transport.
