The ARRI 235 is the lightweight handheld 35mm film camera that's stayed in active service for narrative work that wants film capture in a small chassis. The 235 typically travels with multiple 400ft magazines for working continuity, and a dedicated 3-compartment case lets the body and mags ship together as a deployment-ready system.The CNC-cut foam interior has three dedicated compartments: one for the ARRI 235 body in shooting orientation, and two for 400ft magazines in their loaded (or empty) state. Each magazine cutout protects the take-up reel hub and the mount interface, with foam profiled to handle loaded film mags crossing altitude.Shell is ATA 300 Category 1 with recessed ball-corner latches, pressure-equalization valve (critical for film cameras and magazines), and reinforced soft-grip handles. Closed-cell polyethylene foam CNC-cut to the 235 body and the 400ft mag dimensions.Built in our North Hollywood workshop. Lead time 14–21 business days.
