The Aviom A640 is a personal monitor mixer used in broadcast, corporate AV, and house-of-worship audio installations — gives each performer their own customizable monitor mix, controlled from a touchscreen interface. The mixer is precision audio hardware that travels between installation gigs and needs protected transport. This case is built on an SKB iSeries 2317-14 base with CNC-cut foam profiled to the Aviom A640 body. The cutout holds the mixer with the touchscreen face-up and cutouts around the control surfaces to prevent compression on the screen or the rotary controls. Accessory cutouts hold the Cat5e/Cat6 system cable, the AC power harness, and the headphone breakout that ships with the kit.The SKB iSeries shell is an IP67 watertight injection-molded shell with twist latches, pressure-equalization valve, and a soft-grip handle. Closed-cell polyethylene foam CNC-cut to the A640 body.Built in our North Hollywood workshop. Lead time 14–21 business days. For matched cases with additional Aviom A640 units (multi-performer kits) or with the A360 personal mixer, call 818-767-3030.

Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
