Matthews track wheels

Matthews track wheels are precision-machined dolly track riding wheels used on standard 24-inch and 36-inch track configurations. The wheels' bearing surfaces are critical to smooth dolly action and don't tolerate generic case treatment — even small bearing damage compromises dolly smoothness.The CNC-cut foam interior holds each track wheel in its own dedicated cutout with foam separation between wheels to prevent surface-to-surface contact. The bearing housings are supported in profiled foam that distributes weight without compression.Shell is ATA 300 Category 1 with reinforced corners, recessed ball-corner latches, pressure-equalization valve, and a soft-grip carry handle. Closed-cell polyethylene foam CNC-cut to the Matthews wheel dimensions.Built in our North Hollywood workshop. Lead time 14–21 business days. Specify wheel count at order.
