A custom road case for the Orange PPC412-C — Orange's closed-back 4x12 guitar speaker cabinet loaded with Celestion Vintage 30s, the studio-and-stage workhorse for rock guitar rigs. The case is sized to the cab's external dimensions with full-perimeter padding so the cabinet's tolex covering, the front grille cloth, the leather strap handles, and the rear panel jacks are all protected during loading and trucking. The casters are positioned to allow the cab to stack with other Orange cabs of the same footprint.ATA 300 cabinet build: 3/8" Baltic birch plywood, riveted aluminum extrusion, recessed butterfly latches, spring-loaded handles, and stacking casters with locking fronts. The lid is foam-padded so the speaker chassis (back-loaded into the cab) isn't loaded by the case lid during transit. Interior layout can include an accessory pocket for a cable bag, a backup speaker grille, or a stage-side noise blanket.Designed and built in our North Hollywood, CA workshop. Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
