It is in front of a real person here in North Hollywood, not a queue. You will have a reply within one business day, and it will come with a dimensioned drawing so you can see exactly what you are getting before anything is cut.
What happens next
- We read what you sent and check it against the cut files we already have. Most gear is in there.
- You get a quote with a drawing — interior layout, wall thicknesses, outside dimensions.
- If it needs a change, say so. Nothing goes to the CNC until you have signed off on the drawing.
- Made to order runs 14 to 21 business days from approval.
If you need something sooner
We now pre-make a run of vertical lens cases in black and hold them in stock. Three hole sizes, seven hole counts. If your barrel clears the hole and no lens is longer than 11-1/2 inches, one of these ships the same day rather than in three weeks — and because it is built to a hole size instead of to one lens set, it still fits when the glass in the fleet changes.

Reply to the confirmation email with photos, a packing list, or the lens series and we will fold it in. Photographs of the actual gear on a tape measure are worth more than a spec sheet — rehoused glass in particular rarely matches the published numbers.
