A custom CNC-cut foam case for Sony BP-U100 battery packs — the high-capacity BP-U series used on the FX6, FX9, PXW-FS7 and Z series. The layout holds multiple BP-U100s in contoured wells (typically four to six packs depending on shell choice) with cutouts for the supplied BC-U2A or AC-DN10 chargers and a spare cable.Foam is closed-cell so it doesn't shed into the battery contacts, and the wells are oriented terminals-down so they don't short against any loose hardware in transit. Pelican Protector-class shell with retractable handle, automatic pressure-equalization valve, recessed dish latches, and stainless hardware — the same outer shell our camera body cases ride in so it stays consistent on a cart.Designed and CNC-cut in our North Hollywood, CA workshop.
