A Pelican 1535 Air shell with CNC-cut foam configured as a carry-on case for the ARRI Alexa 35 Super 35 body. The 1535 Air is Pelican's airline-overhead-compliant rolling case and ships the Alexa 35 stripped down to the body plus the minimum kit needed at the destination — useful for travel to a location where the rest of the camera package is meeting you on the ground. The well is contoured around the Alexa 35 body chassis with the LPL mount cap installed and the rear EVF connector clear of any foam contact.
Adjacent wells in the base layer carry the LPL-to-PL adapter, the supplied tools, two SXR Capture Drives in their cradles, and a microfiber cloth. The 1535 Air features lightweight injection-molded construction (significantly lighter than the standard 1535 Protector), retractable handle, two-wheel cart roll, automatic pressure-equalization valve, and press-and-pull latches.
