The RED Komodo 6K has earned a permanent spot on commercial sets — small enough to ride a gimbal, capable enough to be the A-camera, and built around the V-Raptor sensor architecture that delivers RED color science in a compact body. This case is built to ship the Komodo as a working kit: body, side handle, two Rokinon Xeen lenses (50mm and one other), four RED V-Volt batteries, the charger, and a small accessory compartment.
The CNC-cut foam interior is built on an SKB 3i-2015-10 base with dedicated cutouts for the Komodo body in shooting configuration with side handle attached, two Xeen lenses (the 50mm plus one matched focal length), four V-Volt batteries with terminals down, the four-bay charger, and an accessory compartment with two loose partitions that the AC can configure for cards, cables, or small hardware.
The SKB iSeries base is rotomolded ATA 300 Category 1 with twist latches, pressure-equalization valve, and a soft-grip handle. Closed-cell polyethylene foam CNC-cut to the kit.
